Book a Podiatry Appointment
If a foot or ankle problem is painful, persistent, spreading, or connected to diabetes, booking a visit is the right next step. Here's how it works.
Send an appointment request
This is the same general scheduling form currently used by the practice. Do not include personal health information, symptoms, photographs, or treatment questions. The office will call or email you to confirm a time. For medical or urgent concerns, call(201) 568-2100 directly.
From first call to treatment plan
1 · Call or request online
Use the online form for general scheduling, or call (201) 568-2100 to describe a medical concern. Calling lets the office schedule symptoms with appropriate urgency.
2 · Prepare a few things
Insurance card, medication list, prior imaging if you have it, and your everyday shoes. New here? The new patient page covers everything.
3 · Get evaluated and treated
Dr. Galant examines the problem, explains the diagnosis, and walks through options. When a simple treatment can safely begin at the first visit, it may be offered then.
Not sure you need a podiatrist? Call anyway.
Foot pain and mobility problems are worth discussing before they begin limiting your everyday life. Dr. Galant's approach starts with a careful exam and the least invasive effective option. Call if you're unsure whether your concern needs a visit; the office can help you decide how promptly it should be evaluated.
The office is at 285 County Rd, Tenafly, NJ 07670 in central Tenafly, serving patients from acrossBergen County. Call ahead if you need parking or accessibility guidance.

Seek prompt care (call the office and say it's urgent) for spreading redness, drainage or pus, fever with a foot problem, a wound that isn't healing, sudden inability to bear weight, or any new foot problem if you have diabetes or poor circulation.
Frequently asked questions
How soon can I be seen?
It depends on the concern. Routine problems are scheduled in order; wounds, infections, injuries, and diabetic foot problems are worked in faster. Describe your symptoms when you call and the office will tell you honestly how soon you should be seen.
Can I be treated at the first visit?
Often, yes. Many conditions (ingrown toenails, warts, corns and calluses, early heel pain) can be diagnosed and treated in one appointment. Problems that need imaging, lab work, or custom orthotics may take a follow-up visit to complete the plan.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Call (201) 568-2100 as early as you can so the slot can go to another patient. The office will help you find the next available time.
